Privacy policy
Short version: this is a one-man business, there's no form on this site, and I don't sell anything to anybody.
What I collect
Nothing automatically beyond ordinary web server logs kept by the hosting provider. There is no contact form, no newsletter sign-up, no account and no shopping cart on this website.
What happens when you call or text
Your phone number appears on my phone, as it would with any call. I'll usually keep notes about the search — where, when, what was lost — for as long as the job is live, and photographs of recovered items, which I sometimes share with the owner's permission. If you'd rather I didn't photograph or publish anything, say so and I won't.
Recovery stories and photographs
The stories on this site are published with the clients' agreement. If you appear in one and want it taken down or your name removed, call me and it's done.
Third parties
This site is hosted by a commercial hosting provider and loads web fonts from a font service, both of which will see your IP address as part of serving the page. I don't run advertising trackers on this site. I don't sell or share your information with anyone.
